About Seth

Seth was born and raised in the heart of Georgia, where he developed a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy, proudly serving for four years and traveling the world along the way. Those experiences broadened his perspective and deepened his love for meeting new people and exploring new places.

After completing his service, Seth found his home in Boone, North Carolina—a community that perfectly reflects his love for nature and adventure. He went on to earn his degree from Appalachian State University before beginning his career in real estate, where he’s passionate about helping others find a place they’re proud to call home.

When he’s not working with clients, Seth can often be found enjoying the mountains and trails that first drew him to the High Country.
